3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of up to 15% may be applied for returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria.

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return as per our return policy.
